Students also develop analytical skills in the Measurement Concepts & Analysis course, learning how to collect, structure, and interpret data to support sound decision-making. The program emphasizes innovation and technology, showing students how to leverage these elements for competitive advantage.Strategic thinking is integrated through courses like Organizational Strategy, where students learn tools and methods to plan and execute long-term business goals effectively. Organizational Transformation & Effectiveness and Organizational Cultures & Systems provide insight into how businesses evolve and adapt, emphasizing cultural competencies and systemic thinking. Communication plays a key role in leadership, and the Organizational Communication course explores how internal communication shapes power dynamics, social structures, and broader societal change.The program culminates in a Capstone in Organizational Leadership, where students independently research and present a leadership-related topic, showcasing their mastery of the curriculum.
