The MBA with a pathway in Global Investment Banking is designed to equip participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills relevant to high-level decision-making in global finance. The Global Investment Banking pathway specifically includes two specialised modules: Mergers and Acquisitions, and Advanced Corporate Finance. The Mergers and Acquisitions module focuses on evaluating high-value corporate decisions, providing participants with the analytical skills to assess financial statements, value companies, and understand private equity strategies. It stresses the importance of due diligence and critical financial analysis in merger and acquisition scenarios. The Advanced Corporate Finance module deepens understanding of investment and financing decisions, covering capital budgeting, capital structure, dividend policy, corporate governance, restructuring, and financial management.
