Enabling Participation units focus on specific client groups, including Complex Conditions and Populations (OCC80045), Mental Health 1 and 2 (OCC70060, OCC80060), Children (OCC60025), and Musculoskeletal and Neurological 1 and 2 (OCC60020, OCC70020), equipping students to assess and implement effective interventions tailored to individual needs. Enabling Participation: Advanced Practice (OCC80050) prepares graduates for complex and specialised practice settings.An Occupational Perspective of Health (OCC60005) provides foundational understanding of health from an occupational therapy standpoint, while Evidence Review (OCC80055) develops skills in critically evaluating research to inform practice. DFM Toolbox: Innovation and Interdisciplinary Collaboration 1 and DFM Practice: Innovation & Interdisciplinary Collaboration 2 (DDD80012, DDD80013) foster innovation, teamwork, and interdisciplinary approaches to problem-solving in healthcare settings. Collectively, these units prepare graduates to work as competent, reflective, and independent occupational therapists, capable of promoting participation and wellbeing across a range of clinical and community contexts.
