The Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science is structured to gradually build both theoretical understanding and practical expertise across three years of study. In the first year, students are introduced to the fundamentals of life sciences and exercise science, forming the foundation for advanced learning in later years. Physical activity and health are studied in greater detail, highlighting the important role exercise plays in preventing chronic illness and promoting healthy lifestyles. Nutrition is also expanded on, reinforcing its critical impact on both athletic performance and general health.By the third year, students are ready to engage with more specialised and advanced areas of study.
