The Bachelor of Accounting and Digital Finance offers a structured curriculum designed to build both foundational knowledge and advanced skills over three years. In the first year, students begin with essential topics such as fundamentals of accounting and finance, introduction to economics and management, and professional identity in business. They also study statistical methods, digital finance with a focus on credit analysis, digital transformation in service design, and commercial law, laying a broad foundation for understanding the financial and legal aspects of business. The second year deepens this knowledge with subjects like business information systems, corporate accounting and financial management, and management accounting. Students also explore corporate law, financial accounting, and emerging digital technologies, including the Azure DevOps Initiative and digital futures, which prepare them for the evolving technological landscape in finance. The third year emphasizes practical experience through two extensive co-operative placements in business, allowing students to apply their learning in real-world settings and gain valuable industry exposure. In the final semester, students focus on advanced topics such as taxation, auditing and ethics, the future of business, and project finance application.
