Students are also required to complete 16 credit points of unrestricted electives, with suggestions including Pastures and Rangelands or Extension, particularly for those aiming to work in animal enterprises. A limit of ten Level 1 subjects ensures depth in learning as students progress.Additionally, the course includes First Nations cultural awareness through the subject “First Nations Foundations: Knowing, Relating and Understanding Country,” enhancing students’ understanding of land and community relationships.
