The program is organised into several parts, allowing students to build a strong foundation in business while tailoring their studies through majors, minors and electives. Part A consists of 60 credit points of specified business units, covering essential skills such as financial literacy, marketing, management, business law, information technology and community engagement. These units ensure students gain broad introductory business knowledge. Part B requires 20 credit points from a range of Core Curriculum units that explore themes such as ethics, human identity, practical reasoning, social justice, Indigenous perspectives and global challenges. Students choose two of these units to develop critical thinking and an understanding of broader societal issues.Part C allows students to complete one major from options including finance, accounting, marketing, human resource management, management, data analytics or business administration, each requiring 80 credit points. For students who want to build deeper expertise, Part D provides the option of completing a second major from the same list. Part E allows students to tailor their study further by selecting up to two minors. Options include communication, economics, finance, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, managing healthcare organisations, information systems, sustainability, accounting, marketing or human resource management. Each minor totals 40 credit points. Finally, Part F offers flexibility through elective units, allowing students to complete up to 80 credit points of additional study. Electives may be chosen from any major or minor area, with the requirement that at least one elective unit must be at the 300 level. Students may also select up to 40 credit points of electives from outside the Faculty of Law and Business. Overall, the structure provides a comprehensive, flexible pathway for students to customise their business education according to their interests and career goals.
